Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Bro-Depot’s Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to join the Program.

1.2. Bro-Depot reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion.

1.3. Only affiliates operating within jurisdictions where affiliate marketing is legal are eligible.

2. Affiliate Obligations

2.1. You agree to promote Bro-Depot’s products or services in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner.

2.2. You must not use misleading, fraudulent, or unethical practices, including false advertising, spam, or unauthorized communications.

2.3. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Bro-Depot’s trademarks or related terms in paid search ads without prior approval.

2.4. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing disclosures.

3. Tracking and Commissions

3.1. Sales generated through your unique affiliate link will be tracked by Bro-Depot.

3.2. Commissions are based on the percentage specified in your affiliate dashboard or agreement.

3.3. Commissions will only be awarded for completed sales, excluding refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payouts will be issued once your accumulated commission reaches a minimum threshold of $20.

4.2. Payments will be made bi-weekly .

4.3. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Bro-Depot is not liable for payments sent to incorrect details provided by you.

4.4. Any applicable taxes on commissions are your responsibility. Bro-Depot will not withhold or file taxes on your behalf.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Bro-Depot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use its trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting its products under this Program.

5.2. You may not modify Bro-Depot’s intellectual property or use it in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without prior written consent.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.

6.2. Upon termination, you must cease using all promotional materials and links associated with Bro-Depot.

6.3. Commissions accrued prior to termination will be paid, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold and are not associated with fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bro-Depot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.

8. Modification of Terms

Bro-Depot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Agreement

By signing up and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the Program.
