What we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect what we need to fulfil your order, and nothing more.
• Name, email, and shipping address
— so we can fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment info via Stripe
— card details are handled by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card numbers.
• Order history
— what you bought, when, and its status. Needed for support, tracking, and pre-order balance reminders.
• Order fulfilment
— processing, shipping, and tracking your order.
• Payment processing
— via Stripe (see below).
• Pre-order communication
— balance-due notices and shipping updates for your pre-orders.
We don't sell your data. Full stop.
We use Stripe to process card payments. When you pay, your payment details are shared with Stripe to complete the transaction — Stripe's Privacy Policy governs how they handle card data. We only receive the confirmation we need to fulfil your order (e.g. that payment succeeded), never your full card number.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, such as language and currency. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
We keep order data as long as needed to support your orders (warranty questions, pre-order balances, refunds) and as required for tax and accounting records.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Just email [email protected] and tell us what you need. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
The site is aimed at collectors 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
