The ground rules for buying from Bro Depot — orders, pre-orders, pricing, shipping, refunds, and the fine print.
By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on Bro Depot (this site), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't place an order — reach out first and we'll sort it out.
Most of what we sell is pre-order stock. Here's how that works, in plain English:
• Payment = order request.
When you pay (deposit or in full), your order request is submitted and logged. You're in the pool for that release.
• Allocation is subject to brand confirmation.
We work to secure your unit from the brand, but final allocation depends on the brand's confirmed production and stock availability. We can't promise quantity until the brand confirms.
• Brand drop = full refund.
If a brand cancels or drops a release for any reason — including not hitting its minimum order and cancelling the whole run, with or without official notice — you get a full refund of everything paid. No questions.
• Balance due.
For split payments, we notify you when the balance is due, before the product ships. No charge until then.
The full flow — deposits, order-by dates, delays — is on our Pre-Order Policy page. If the two ever disagree, the Pre-Order Policy page wins.
• If you pay in a different currency from the one shown, your bank or card network handles the conversion at their rate — we don't control FX.
• Prices are at market and can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• We ship worldwide. Ready stock ships as soon as payment clears; pre-orders ship once released and in hand.
• Tracking is sent by email when your order ships.
• Delivery times are estimates. Carriers and customs can add delays — we'll keep you posted when we know.
• Before the order-by date
— cancel anytime for a full refund of your deposit (or full payment).
• After the order-by date
— your order is confirmed in the pool and non-refundable.
• Brand drop
— full refund of everything paid, no questions (see above).
• Refund timing
— refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Product names, logos, and artwork belong to their respective brands and manufacturers. We sell the goods; we don't own the IP. The Bro Depot name, logo, and site content are ours — don't copy them.
We do our best to get it right, but: we're not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or FX changes outside our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as the business evolves. The date at the bottom of this page is the last update. If you use the site after a change, you're agreeing to the updated terms. Big changes will be called out on the site.
